Product Description

 

Recommended For: Petroleum and water-base hydraulic fluids in suction lines or in low pressure return line.Meets or exceeds requirements of SAE 100 R4. Uses half the bend radius of SAE 100R4. 

Tube: Black, synthetic rubber is specifically designed for resistance to high temperatures.

Reinforcement: Double spiral textile (braid for -12, -16 and -20) reinforced with a helical spiral-wire to prevent collapse.

Cover: Black synthetic rubber is oil and abrasion resistant.

Temperature Range: -40℉ to +212℉ (-40℃ to +100℃)

Italy VP automatic production equipment,heavy and uniform wrapping strength,high density,superior adhesive strength between layers,max length : 61m(200ft)

Our factory has strong quality control team,we set up advanced laboratory.

For hydraulic hose,before mass production,we test each batch raw material.

After production,we test each hose to guarantee 100% qualification.

Each hose tested at 1.5 times of working pressure.

Packaging

After finishing the hydraulic hose r4, we will pack the SAE100 R4.In general, the packing will use woven bag and plastic film.Special packing as customer request.
